Facilities

The park, which is part of a large holiday park, has various facilities such as a shop, a bar and a tavern/restaurant. At the reception, it is also possible to rent bikes and you can get walking maps and information about the tourist attractions of West Flanders. Many facilities are also available in Nieuwpoort and nearby seaside resorts. Long boulevards with terraces, shops and restaurants.

There are four charging stations for electric cars at the campsite.

Swimming pools and slide

A true paradise for swimming enthusiasts! There are 2 heated 25-metre pools and a separate paddling pool. For the more daring among us, there is a revamped waterslide for action and adventure. In addition, you can relax on the spacious sunbathing area located right next to the pools. The pool is usually open from May to the end of September (dates 2025 still unknown).

Indoor playground

Several playgrounds are located on the campsite. When the weather is not so good, children can play to their hearts' content in the completely renovated indoor playground. Children can climb all the way to the top via stairs, nets and then slide down.

Sports fields and outdoor games

Centrally located on the campsite are several playgrounds where children of all ages can have a great time. These include an exciting climbing tower, swings and slides. There are also sports fields such as a basketball court, tennis court and volleyball court. Plenty of play and sports fun for everyone.

Exercise benches

Designed specifically to support you while exercising, these exercise benches offer a great way to stay fit while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the park at the same time. Whether you are jogging, stretching or just want to take a break, these benches are the perfect addition to your workout.

Brasserie De Viertorre

Enjoy the wide range of snacks, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, pancakes, ice cream sundaes and much more. Of course, there is also a special menu for the little guests. Next to the brasserie is the indoor playground, so you can enjoy sitting on the terrace while your child is playing.

Bakery and campsite shop

Fresh rolls for breakfast can be ordered the day before via the Compass Camping Corner app or in the shop itself. The shop has a wide range of food, drinks, household products, newspapers and magazines, among others. Please note that you cannot pay cash in the campsite shop.

BestCamp reception

Did you know that we have our own reception? It is located on the campsite after the barrier. Check the map (at park) to see exactly where you can check in from 16:00 and pick up the key to your accommodation.

Bike rental

Go out and discover the campsite's surroundings by bike. Don't have your own bikes? At the reception of Kompas Camping you can rent bikes for a whole day. You can choose from standard women's and men's bicycles, electric bicycles and bicycles for children. Also ask at reception for cycle routes in the area.

Wi-Fi at the campsite

Use the wifi network on the campsite. All mobile home types (Caraïbes, Maldives and Pacifique) have a free wifi connection that can be used by several users at the same time. Want to buy extra wifi codes? Check the rates.
